Our People
At Industry Metals, our people are what make us great. Led by owners Grant Wright and Dave Young, our team boasts decades of industry experience, much of it gained while running the successful commercial cladding installation business, Industry Cladding & Roofing. Together, Grant and Dave have built a strong team culture defined by innovation, continuous improvement and teamwork. Every member of our team is professional, dedicated and passionate about what they do. Our metal fabricators are experts in design and manufacturing and love nothing more than creating the best, most innovative solutions for any kind of cladding project. We take pride in helping our team members to grow within their roles, build new skills and expand their expertise. It’s little wonder our retention rates are among the best in the industry.
Environment & Community
Industry Metals has a strong connection to our local community and the people we
provide services to. We are proud to employ many people from the Bacchus Marsh region and to sponsor and volunteer in our local community through sporting teams
and other events. We recognise that we have a responsibility to the natural environment and we are committed to promoting sustainability in our everyday operations. Our Environmental Management Policy is strictly adhered to in our fabrication shop. We are actively working towards reducing our energy and water consumption, and recycle as much
as possible.

As experts in the cladding space, Industry Metals understands the importance of

check every panel that leaves our factory, all our quality control processes are
regularly reviewed, and staff KPIs are closely tied to quality outcomes. And it goes without saying that our commitment to quality extends to compliance with all relevant industry codes and standards.
Workplace Health & Safety
Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our team members,
clients, and the general public. We have a comprehensive strict Workplace Health
and Safety Management Plan in place to identify, control and eradicate risks.
All our tradies are fully trained in site safety, with weekly toolbox safety meetings a
key feature of our on-site safety process. Zero harm is our goal.
